All Fares: Reduced Fares

Senior Citizen's, persons with a disability, Medicare card holders and Veterans with a service connected disability ride DART Local, Express and On Call buses for half-fare at any time. Transfers are free when riding Local routes to your destiniation and additional fares will apply when traveling from Express and On-Call services.

For faster boarding and as a courtesy to our customers who are Senior Citizen's, persons with a disability, Medicare card holders and Veterans with a service connected disability, DART provides a Reduced Fare ID card that can be obtained at the DART Administration Office, 1100 DART Way, or by calling 515-283-8100.

Bus operators or pass sales outlets may ask for additional identification* to validate use/sale of a reduced fare or pass. Reduced Fares passes are available at select Pass Sales Outlets and DART Administration Office. Passes are good for unlimited rides within the month or week of issue for half the cost of a regular monthly or weekly pass. All Fares
